The ‘You pick’ format, the self-service of flowers
The event is based on an innovative idea, an alternative to simply buying flowers.
The ‘You Pick!’ format gives the possibility of picking a bouquet of tulips directly and independently from the field, choosing them one by one, and turning a simple purchase into a real experience.
Access and tulip picking: Visitors can pick tulips and customise the bouquet by choosing individual tulips. There is an entrance fee that entitles visitors not only to collect the tulips, but also to stay in the area during opening hours.
The location
Tulipark is located in Baiano di Spoleto in Via Lenin, 300 metres from the railway station, which can be reached by regional trains.
The area is part of the Villa Leonetti Luparini – Villa Galileo complex.
There is ample parking in an area adjacent to the Tulipark area.

The Teatro Lirico Sperimentale and the Vittorio Calamani Philharmonic Orchestra announce two dates for the Easter Concert to be held at the Teatro Caio Melisso in Spoleto – Wednesday 16 April 2025, at 8.30 p.m. – and at the Palazzo del Capitano del Popolo in Orvieto – Thursday 17 April 2025, at 8.30 p.m.
The programme includes: Anton Bruckner’s Requiem in D minor WAB 39 for soloists, choir, three trombones, strings and organ; Josef Gabriel Rheinberger’s Stabat Mater Op.138 for choir, strings and organ; Franz Schubert’s Messa no. 2 in G major D.167 for soloists, choir, strings and organ.
Starring – under the baton of Maestro Mauro Presazzi – some of the winners of the Sperimentale singing competition: soprano Viktoriia Balan, mezzo-soprano Francesca Lione, tenor Paolo Mascari and bass Marco Guarini. Angelo Bruzzese, organ. Choir of the Teatro Lirico Sperimentale and Philharmonic Orchestra Vittorio Calamani.

TULIPARK

Spoleto will be the setting for a colourful picture of more than 90 000 tulips cultivated in a large flat field of around 15 000 square metres, with a windmill, giant Dutch plinth and typical Dutch attractions All this will bring the wonders of the Netherlands to life for visitors, directly on Umbrian soil
The ‘You pick’ format, the self-service of flowers
The event is based on an innovative idea, an alternative to simply buying flowers.
The ‘You Pick!’ format gives the possibility of picking a bouquet of tulips directly and independently from the field, choosing them one by one, and turning a simple purchase into a real experience.
Access and tulip picking: Visitors can pick tulips and customise the bouquet by choosing individual tulips. There is an entrance fee that entitles visitors not only to collect the tulips, but also to stay in the area during opening hours.
The location
Tulipark is located in Baiano di Spoleto in Via Lenin, 300 metres from the railway station, which can be reached by regional trains.
The area is part of the Villa Leonetti Luparini – Villa Galileo complex.
There is ample parking in an area adjacent to the Tulipark area.
Opening 25 March
Duration about 4 weeks or until exhaustion of tulips
Opening hours 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., 7 days a week
