Restaurants, wine bars, inns and taverns will offer 4-course menus for the evening of July 31st.
It will be possible to book from Thursday 16th.
From piazza Garibaldi to piazza Campello, 32 catering activities will participate in the event
Thirty-two restaurants in 7 squares and 18 streets of the historic centre. The “Toast to Spoleto” initiative, scheduled for Friday 31 July, will be a great event dedicated to the promotion and knowledge of the main food and wine products of Spoleto.
The initiative, conceived and organized by the City of Spoleto along with Confcommercio Umbria – Mandamento Spoleto and Consorzio Operatori Turistici ConSpoleto, is involving all the catering activities in the historical centre of the city, from Piazza Garibaldi to Piazza Campello, passing through Corso Mazzini, Piazza del Mercato, Via Porta Fuga, Piazza Duomo, Via Monterone…

It is the first real opportunity to return to live together the squares and streets of Spoleto after the lockdown, thanks to the outdoor spaces available in restaurants, taverns, and wine bars.
“Let’s drink a toast to Spoleto” will be a tasting experience entirely focused on the typical products of the Spoleto valley, a sort of sensory journey that each restaurant will develop in four courses, offering menus designed specifically for this event.
From Thursday 16 July it will be possible to book for the evening of the 31st by contacting directly the catering activities that have joined the initiative (the PDF list can be downloaded here >> https://bit.ly/3iSb1Bf).
Restaurants, inns, wine bars and taverns will be easily accessible via the mechanized routes (travelators, escalators and elevators) of the alternative mobility system, parking the car in the Posterna, Spoletosfera and Ponzianina car parks (the Posterna and Spoletosfera car parks are free from 21.00 to 03.00).
