Experiential guided tour

Campello sul Clitunno, like many other European towns and cities, is taking part in the European Night of Museums, a special evening that has been held since 2005, with museums and cultural institutions exceptionally open and accessible during the evening hours at the symbolic cost of 1 euro. This year the initiative falls on the evening of Saturday 14 May.

For the occasion, from 19:30 until 22:30, it will be possible to access the Tempietto sul Clitunno, an open-air museum, at the symbolic cost of €1.

The evening’s programme includes an experiential guided tour at 21.00. called Il Tempietto al chiaro di luna (The Temple in the Moonlight), organised by Sistema Museo; a special opportunity to be involved in the discovery of an admirable architectural jewel from the Longobard era. The initiative, aimed at adults and children, breaks the traditional pattern of the guided tour, transforming it into a quiz that will guide participants to discover the peculiarities of the UNESCO monument, immersed in the fascinating atmosphere of the night light.

Participation in the guided tour is free of charge, subject to the purchase of a €1.00 entrance ticket to the monument.
The number of participants in the guided tour is limited and advance booking is compulsory.
Participation in the guided tour is subject to compliance with the current Covid-19 regulations.
