SURFACING MEMORIES. The Roman House in Spoleto

“Mezz’ora dopo la chiusura” returns on Friday 27 May 2016 at 19.30. The next appointment is dedicated to one of Spoleto’s archaeological treasure chests: the Roman House. It will be a special occasion to retrace the steps of wealthy patricians, possibly even emperors, thanks to the visit to an actual Roman domus. Strolling through valuable mosaics you will discover how our ancient fellow-citizens of 2000 years ago used to live, what they used to eat and wear.
All come to the Casa Romana, in Via di Visiale.

The evening will go on with a tasting of a traditional Spoletan first course by chef Marcello Grullini. The event is organized in collaboration with Con Spoleto – the Spoleto Hotel Managers’ Association.
