Tex meets cinema

In the frame of the initiatives included in the exhibition TEX E SPOLETO, at the Museo nazionale del Ducato, on Saturday 17 September there will be the first of four days dedicated to workshops and film projection:

  • workshops on cinema and critic open to all those who wish to understand the mechanisms of guided viewing and film competence (interpreting, understanding cinema in the context of a specific age, critical analysis of a film);
  • projections of “cult” movies that highlight a cinematographic route on the steps of Tex Willer’s sets and narrations. A brief introduction will focus on the historical-cinematographic context, the author, and the language used. A debate with the attendees will ensue.

The project is curated by Ivan Moliterni, who will lead all workshops and introduce the movies, in collaboration with Spoletocinemalcentro.
