Uto Ughi and the Rome Philharmonic will hold a concert on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at 6 pm, at Spoleto’s Teatro Gian Carlo Menotti. The famous violinist will dedicate the concert to the earthquake victims; its presence is meant as an exhortation to hope and to resume normal life after the recent earthquake that hit the city.

The event is part of the project “Homage to Umbria”, whose activities started with the “Easter concert”, broadcasted on Rai 1, held on March 5 at 2016 at Orvieto Cathedral by the Youth Orchestra “Luigi Cherubini” conducted by the greatest contemporary composer Krzysztof Penderecki.
