Thursday, January 17, the twelfth edition of the Project “Il Valzer dei Moscerini” starts, organized by the Department of Culture and managed by the Municipal School of Music and Dance “Alessandro Onofri” and the Association Spoleto Musica.

The project aims to guide each child in the path of learning the language of musical expression, tracing the naturalness and spontaneity of learning the spoken language, creating opportunities and stimuli to teach the child to express potential in this first phase of life.
