Lorenzo Fiorucci presents Leoncillo’s sculptures
from baroque chromaticism to existential matter

Mezz’ora dopo la chiusura, the event curated by Sistema Museo, presents a programme dedicated entirely to the new face of Palazzo Collicola. The Friday programme dedicated to Palazzo Collicola and the Gallery of Modern Art “G. Carandente” will take place in August and September at 7.30 p.m., with themed guided tours illustrating to citizens and tourists the new layout of the Galleria d’Arte Moderna by Director Marco Tonelli, inaugurated on June 29th.
The meetings dedicated to the discovery of the new face of Palazzo Collicola are focused on a different aspects of the collection, thanks to the contributions of university professors, artists and art historians.
The meeting on Friday, August 23, will be held at 19:30 by Dr. Lorenzo Fiorucci who will talk about Leoncillo’s sculptures, from baroque chromaticism to existential matter. The numerous works of Leoncillo kept at the Gallery of Modern Art, including a new acquisition, will allow you to retrace the artistic evolution of the greatest 20th century sculptor from Spoleto.
All the visits are free.
