Rock priestess Patti Smith with her ‘Words and music’ (Teatro Nuovo Gian Carlo Menotti, 3 Dec 2019, h 21), will celebrate her return to Italy in Spoleto; Moni Ovadia‘s extraordinary talent to narrate the eternal roaming of the Wandering Jew at the Teatro Nuovo Gian Carlo Menotti (27 Dec at 21) in “Cabaret Yiddish”; The Ensemble Symphony Orchestra in The legend of Ennio Morricone Vol. 2°, a new repertoire featuring the extraordinary masterpieces by one of the greatest musical composers, rearranged and proposed in a theatrical concert by the great emotional impact (28 Dec at 21, also at the Teatro Menotti). These are but a few pills from the Spoleto d’Inverno winter series of events. Two events are scheduled to kiss 2019 goodbye and welcome the new year. In Piazza Garibaldi, starting at 22.30, the Tony Espostito concert with Enrico Capuano & La TammurriataRock, in the streets and squares of the historic center the street band Banda Irè and, at midnight, the spectacular fireworks from the Rocca Albornoz. In addition, from November 30 to January 14, the Christmas Markets at the Casina Ippocastano and “The enchanted forest” at the Chico Mendez Park.
