Letture al parco: Last three appointments in August

Reading appointments for the younger at the Chico Mendes Park Thursday 12 August

At 6 p.m., the read alouds for families and children up to the age of 10 will be ‘Tino is not a jellyfish‘ (among the jellyfish there is a rather peculiar one whose name is Tino. Instead of long tentacles, it has two small handles and a colourful, striped body), “Those damned seven kids” (the wolf in fairy tales is undeservedly famous: until yesterday described as a voracious predator that does not spare naive girls, it turns out that… the wolf is a “domestic” animal!) and “A day as a grown-up” (Daria and Timoteo can’t wait to spend a day at the seaside with their parents. But what if the roles were reversed and the adults behaved like children?)

Last two scheduled appointaments are on 19 and 26 August.

The event – which aims to combine the pleasure of storytelling and narration out loud in an open-air location through a repertoire of readings designed for the very young – is organised with funding for the Books and Reading Centre and is one of the actions to promote reading at the Carducci Library as part of the “Città che Legge” project.
