The municipality has provided Christmas lighting in San Brizio, Beroide, Eggi, Poreta, San Giovanni di Baiano, San Martino in Trignano, Baiano, Montemartano, San Giacomo and Testaccio.

Christmas illuminations also in ten hamlets of the City of Spoleto. This is the choice made by the Administration in conjunction with the events of ‘Un Natale condiviso’ (A Shared Christmas), organised in collaboration with local associations and cultural institutions.
From San Brizio to Beroide, from Eggi to Poreta, San Giovanni di Baiano, San Martino in Trignano, Baiano, Montemartano, San Giacomo and Testaccio, the streets, alleys, squares and meeting points of the hamlets were lit up for the Christmas period.

“We have tried to intervene in the most homogeneous way possible, installing the illuminations also in the hamlets” – explained the councillor for the enhancement of the cultures, the quality and the beauty of the City and the territory Danilo Chiodetti – “The intention is not only to create a Christmas atmosphere in the small hamlets around our city, but also to give back to the citizens a dimension of attention and closeness through the involvement of the historical centre and the hamlets“.
“Just like what what we are doing for the costumes for the Festival of Two Worlds – added Chiodetti – for which we are also discussing with the Pro Loco to display them in various parts of the area, we have also intervened in ten villages to directly take care of the Christmas decorations“.
